Breast pumps can be a critical aid for nursing moms who may struggle or need support. The devices are used to pump and store breast milk so that even when mothers are not able to breastfeed, their babies can enjoy the benefits. Our local Shoppers has been wonderfully supportive of women’s health initiatives and is helping to fund new pumps that will be available through the Aberdeen Hospital Women & Children’s Unit and through Kids First Family Resource Centre.
