One woman’s inspiration to create change

When her granddaughter was born with high bilirubin levels that required isolation and phototherapy treatments, Debbie Walsh was inspired to create change. She went on a fundraising mission and thanks to her efforts, the Aberdeen Hospital now has a Biliblanket. The portable blanket with built-in phototherapy allows babies to be cuddled and physically nurtured while still receiving vital treatment.
