The Pictou County Personal Empowerment Program is a research study that has been proven to improve mental health, quality of life, physical function and so much more, and now you can access it from the comfort of your home! We’re excited to announce this program is now open to Pictou County residents, with the first session beginning January 7, 2024, and FREE enrolment beginning today.

What can you expect?
Every day for six months, you’ll receive an email from doctors Gabriela Ilie and Rob Rutledge with videos, instructions and advice for what you can do that day to make the transition to a healthier, happier you. PEP covers topics such as physical activity, reframing difficult thoughts and emotions, dietary advice, life skills, self-compassion and more. The program is informative, entertaining and interactive, and all materials are provided.
