Donor Making a Difference for Women & Children's Health

Don Horne was able to get a firsthand look at how his donation to the Aberdeen Health Foundation is making a difference for women and children’s care at the Aberdeen Hospital. Alana Toole, RN gives Don a demonstration of the new Pediatric Video Intubation Scope for the operating room.

Susan Malcolm and Nurse Manager Debbie MacDonald were able to show Don the new fetal heart monitor in the Maternal & Children’s Unit as well as the roof-top garden, which has been re-opened thanks in part to a new fence that has been installed with Don’s support. Don’s generous nature is providing good care for patients and their families throughout the hospital.
