Your gratitude goes a long way
Hospital stays can be difficult and trying times for patients and their families. Attentive, compassionate care and understanding can go a long way. If someone has made your hospital experience a little brighter or easier, we would like to know about it and make sure they are thanked and acknowledged for a job well done.
Good news stories are easily overlooked and the dedicated people at the heart of our health care system often go unnoticed. The Aberdeen Health Foundation Gratitude Program makes it easy for patients and their families to recognize staff with a tribute gift that can be directed to a particular department or area of care.
By making a donation in honour of someone who has provided exceptional care, you are supporting excellence right here at home.
Bert and Louise MacNabb were the first donors to the Foundation’s Gratitude Program. Learn why and read their story here.
If you would like to make a donation to the Gratitude Program, you can do so here, simply select “Gratitude Program” (under Fund) and tell us about who you would like to honour. If you would like more information, contact us at (902) 752-7600 x. 4600.
