Gratitude is the Heart of the Season

In 2018 the Aberdeen Health Foundation invested over $1.3 million to
enhance health care in Pictou County. This included over $1.0 million for
new equipment, $50,000 in specialized training for hospital staff, and over
$60,000 for mental health, oncology support services, and the women and
children unit of the hospital. As well, over $100,000 was spent on projects
that promote health and wellness in our community, including
the attraction and retention of physicians.
