An Eight-Year-Olds Birthday Tradition of Giving Back

Since she was born in 2016, Dani MacInnis and her family have turned her birthday into an annual fundraiser for the Women and Children’s Unit at Aberdeen Hospital. Inspired by the care Dani received as a premature baby, her parents wanted to give back, and the tradition has grown every year.

This holiday season, Dani celebrated her 8th birthday by raising $720, bringing her total donations to well over $4,000!
